Mega-Liposomal D3™ moves through the stomach virtually unharmed, passing through the intestinal walls, transported to the liver and is absorbed into the bloodstream in an un-oxidized and unmodified state.
Theoretically, you would have to take 10 conventional 2000 IU tablets to get 8000mg dose into the bloodstream.
