SHIPPING: All orders are usually shipped the same day if received by 12pm mountain time from Meridian, ID. USPS first class usually takes 3 to 6 days, USPS priority usually takes 2 to 3 days. Free Shipping is USPS first class or priority depending on the weight and delivery time. If a product is temporarily out of stock, then an email will be sent indicating when we expect it to arrive. If the delay is more than a few days, then as a courtesy your order will be upgraded to priority. When a product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive the tracking email, check your spam folder. If you haven’t received the package within 6 business days, please notify us of the issue so we can determine where the package is. Any delays in reporting to us may compromise your order and refund. If there is a confirmed delivery by USPS via tracking to the delivery address, then it is out of our hands as the package becomes the customer’s responsibility for retrieval. Occasionally the post office may make a mistake, which could delay arrival of your package. That is why it is imperative that you contact us in a timely manner when you don’t receive the package. Most missing packages can be recovered by contacting your mail person or local post office.

SHIPPING to CANADA is available for $22.00 flat rate USPS first class. There is no Free shipping to Canada. An extra invoice will be sent from paypal for payment of $22 to cover the shipping fee. This pertains to items that ship free in the U.S. or weigh a lot, such as powders or liquids. An example of this would be an order for a product that allows free shipping. 7 to 12 days is the usual time frame for delivery. Once a package leaves the U.S. it is up to the customer to follow through and no refunds or credits are given.

Return policy: Once a product is shipped then the return policy is in force. Any returned product must be within a thirty-day window. If there is damage from shipping to a product, then a shipping label will be issued so it may be returned. Any other reason for returning products would come with a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping fee.  Any refund for product returns would be issued into your Paypal account once we receive the returned product(s)
